Radiographer

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & data entry

Qualifications:

  • Must be professional certified coder
  • 3-4 years experience in healthcare
  • Strong administrative & communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient use of CPT & ICD-10 codes
  • Comprehension of third party payer guideline
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy & physiology

Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Current license and registration
  • Primary care experience is a plus

Human Resources Assistant- Entry Level Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have minimum 2 years HR experience  
  • Familiar with NIB process  
  • Recruitment knowledge is a plus 
  • Strong clerical skills  
  • Must be very organized as attention to detail is a must
  • Able to work autonomously and with a small team
  • Communication, follow-up and follow-through is a vital component
  • Must have good reasoning and people skills

Billing Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to post insurance payments
  • Review invoices & payments prior to posting
  • Able to perform reconciliation
  • Update coder spreadsheets
  • Liaise with insurance companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Analytical thinking required
  • Prepare credit & collections reports, as needed

Billing & Coding Specialist 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medical records and documentation supports, diagnosis, procedures, and treatment results. Verify demographic accuracy.
  • Identify diagnostic and procedural information.
  • Audit clinical documentation and coded data to validate documentation supports of services rendered for reimbursement and reporting purposes.
  • Balance daily batches and review reports. 
  • Ability to generate statistical reports.
  • Utilize specific mechanisms to track turnaround time for processing and payment of submitted claims.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a medical billing facility required
  • Computer literate – able to use MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. 
  • Knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding guidelines and medical terminology.
  • Accounting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 
  • Strong communicative skills and professional demeanor.

Security Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma/ security certifications a plus
  • No criminal record
  • Registered as a security officer is a plus
  • Observation skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

Medical Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Medical assistant certification
  • Medical work experience is a plus

  • Collecting payments & preparing night deposit
  • Medical insurance and NIH knowledge is a plus

  • Work closely with pharmacy supervisor 
  • Assist with dispensing medicine
