Nassau:

Billing & Coding Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medical records and documentation supports, diagnosis, procedures, and treatment results. Verify demographic accuracy.
  • Identify diagnostic and procedural information.
  • Audit clinical documentation and coded data to validate documentation supports of services rendered for reimbursement and reporting purposes.
  • Balance daily batches and review reports.
  • Ability to generate statistical reports.
  • Utilize specific mechanisms to track turnaround time for processing and payment of submitted claims.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a medical billing facility required
  • Computer literate – able to use MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding guidelines and medical terminology.
  • Accounting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communicative skills and professional demeanor.

Radiographer

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Modalities: X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, Bone Density, MRI & CT Scan
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with The Health Professions Council of The Bahamas

Assistance with relocation, and housing allowance, if needed.


Security Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma/ security certifications a plus
  • No criminal record
  • Registered as a security officer is a plus
  • Observation skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

Rock Sound, Eleuthera:

Radiographer

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Modalities: X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with The Health Professions Council of The Bahamas

Pharmacist

Required Skills:

  • Must be registered with the Bahamas Pharmacy Council
  • Must have COC Certificate
  • Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy or related field
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties
  • Check-in/outpatient process
  • Collecting payments & preparing night deposit
  • Medical insurance and NIH knowledge is a plus

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • High school diploma, and some medical background a plus
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pharmacy Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with pharmacy supervisor 
  • Assist with dispensing medicine 
  • Accept telephone prescriptions 
  • Address patient inquiries 
  • Stock shelves as needed
