We’re excited to introduce a new team at Family Medicine Center dedicated to improving your experience—our Preregistration Customer Service Representatives.
This team is here to help streamline your appointments for both our Specialty Clinics and Imaging Departments by:
• Pre-registering you before your visit
• Collecting any required payments ahead of time
• Scheduling your appointments quickly and accurately
Pre-payment is now required for all specialty clinic visits.
You may hear from Tanika (ext. 200), Allaire (ext. 187), or Lyndia (ext. 303)—our friendly preregistration team members—who are ready to assist you from our 4th floor Call Center.
Their goal is to make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. By handling the details before your visit, we can focus on what matters most—your care.
